I was looking for a place where someone would guide me, motivate me, & develop an exercise program to strengthen and help me lose weight without injuring myself. From the beginning, Rob heard my goals and concerns and has worked with me to help me reach those goals. I have been going three times a week, worked with him 1 on 1, in group settings, done his 6 week challenge, remain motivated, and so thankful to have found this gym!

I appreciate his style of training and the “slow and steady wins the race” approach, creating good form, challenges you ever time but in small victories. I used to be a yo-yo dieter and want instant results. I’ve lost 7lbs *now 20lbs(updated for 7/2024)*, I’m stronger, physically and mentally and feel great!

My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! As a mom of two the priority of my health has been on the back burner while I juggled toddler life. I joined this gym at my highest weight and unsure if I’d be able to keep up with strength training. Coach Rob has been extremely patient with my many questions on proper form, and takes the time to explain how to appropriately perform each move which helped to ease my fears around going to the gym. With Coach Rob’s encouragement, I look forward to small group training and am loving that I’m seeing scale and non-scale victories while feeling stronger and healthier.
