Rob Maybruch
I have been in a group class with Rob Maybruch, focusing on stretching, strengthening, and cardio for about three years.
He is an experienced teacher, in person and over Zoom. Some members of my Zoom group class also see him in person
and have raved about his commitment and openness to each student. Rob observes each student's
form and instructs each participant to adjust.
For the past year, I have had intermittent one-on-one sessions with Rob, which have been excellent. When I told him I seemed to be losing strength in my arms, evidenced by my inability to open heavy doors with ease (as I was able to do previously), he mindfully tailored a series of exercises targeting those areas with the right amount of encouragement, rigor, inspiring tunes, and fun!
I am so grateful for Rob and his time.
Rob has been extremely helpful in getting me back to working out regularly after a long period full of struggles with Covid symptoms.

He is a professional and is very well trained and uses up-to-date exercises and equipment . He keeps us moving along and has the ability to keep an eye on everyone and is inclusive since we are a small group zoom meeting. Great sense of humor, too!! I definitely recommend him and Revolution Sports Club.
